FAQ

Timecode Bridge

Does Timecode Bridge require Loopback?

No. Timecode Bridge installs its own Art-Net LTC Direct audio input, so a separate audio-routing application is not required.

Which Macs run Timecode Bridge?

The current macOS release supports Apple-silicon Macs running macOS 13 or newer. Intel Mac support is not included in this release.

Is a Windows version of Timecode Bridge available?

Not yet. The Windows edition is a separate build that is still in development and testing.

Where do I download or activate Timecode Bridge?

Open Account, recover the purchase if needed, then use the download and activation controls under Licenses.

FAQ

OFFSET

How do I sign into OFFSET?

Choose Log in inside OFFSET. Your browser opens the website, where you approve that Mac. Your website password never enters the app.

Will OFFSET work without internet during a show?

Yes. After approval, OFFSET stores an encrypted, device-bound license for up to 30 days of offline use. Reconnect before that window ends to refresh it.

What does “License not found” mean?

The account is valid, but no active OFFSET access is assigned. Contact support, then restart the login flow after access is added.

How do I report an OFFSET problem?

Open Account and use Reports. Include the OFFSET version, what you expected, what happened, and the shortest repeatable steps.

FAQ

Accounts & purchases

Why is my purchase missing from Account?

Use Recover a purchase with the same email used at checkout. Once recovered while signed in, the purchase stays linked to the account.

Can I sign out of the website?

Yes. Open Account and choose Log out at the top of the page.

Where can I see my submitted reports?

Open Account and select Reports. Each submission shows its current status and submission date.
