Creative Touring stores the account, purchase, license, registered-computer, and support information needed to provide downloads, activate software, manage access, and respond to requests.

Payment details are processed by the payment provider. Creative Touring does not store complete card numbers.

During license activation or refresh, Cloudflare may provide the two-letter country code associated with the network request. Creative Touring adds that code to aggregate totals by product.

The usage-geography totals do not contain a customer ID, device ID, email address, raw IP address, city, coordinates, or precise location. They are used only to understand broadly where Creative Touring software is being used.

Limited security records may be retained to protect accounts, prevent abuse, validate licenses, and investigate failures. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable business or legal requirements.
